the ICE trains started running in 1991, 3 days after i came back to the states. so this was the first time i ever got to ride on one. unfortunately, the tracks between stuttgart and munich aren't high-speed, so we were limited to 160 kph (which is still faster than any american train!)

we got to ride it to Berlin later, and then we really got to haul ass. i took some candids of kelly on our way there.
