The lantern room is amazing. I would have climbed 50 floors of stairs to see this. The archetecture, the optics, the view, the quaintness of it all. On top of that, Brian and I got really good pictures of eachother.

Below, you can see the view from the top. The Lighthouse is surrounded by cottages; originally they housed the keepers & their families, now they are part of a youth hostel. What a great place to stay!
