brian and i have bought our first home! We moved to the mission in mid-august. here are a few pictures of the new pad, taken before we moved in (e.g. this is all the previous owner's stuff). we're on the ground floor. < the kitchen. the floor, most cabinets, and appliances are new, while the cupboards on the left wall are original w/cut-out fleur-de-lys in each door.

^ one of the two bedrooms, and one of the two bathrooms. the other bedroom and bath are larger but need some work.
< the dining room. this shows about half the room. there is a second fireplace in here, and easily room for a table that seats 12.

This floorplan doesn't show a couple of hallway closets, but it gives a really good approximation. Thanks goes to our appraiser for this one.
