ok, so the road trip is on the next page, but i never said this was going to be chronological anyway. once we got to portland, we went for a trip down mammory lane. sara, alicia, charlie, curtis, kelly, and i went for a long walk around portland and visited a lot of the places we used to hang out. despite the fact that so much is changing in the NW, our favorite cafe (la patisserie) is still there looking exactly like it was 10 years ago. thank god some things don't change. -> on to new years 2000
