Here's the tracks heading up the hill. The tram is pulled via the cable you see overhead, guided by pulleys along the way, sorta like a ski lift.

Here's our ticket, Here's our car. There's two of them; one counterbalances the other, so when one is going up, the other is going down. The back row is about 8 feet higher than the front row. It holds 40 people.
